After the hydraulic lift has been in operation for a period of time, the specific maintenance time can be divided into three stages:
1. When the hydraulic lifting platform is running for 1500 hours, the lift needs to be slightly repaired;
2. When the hydraulic lifting platform is running for 5000 hours, the elevator needs to be repaired moderately;
3. When the hydraulic lifting platform is running for 10,000 hours, large-scale maintenance of the lift is required.
In the overhaul, we may encounter several common situations that need to be repaired: such as the brake system, the gap between the wheels on the slide rail system and the guide rail needs to be kept clean and lubricated to ensure the normal operation of the slide rail and avoid jam Death condition.
(1) Check whether the chain and wire rope are loose or broken. If the wire rope is severely worn, please replace it immediately;
(2) Check the connection screws of each component and tighten each screw;
