Daily problems and maintenance of the lift
1. Maintenance monthly
During the maintenance of the lift platform, personnel work inside the lifting platform to prevent the lift from suddenly falling and causing casualties.
A. Check the rollers, intermediate shaft and bearings, cylinder pin shaft and bearings; lubrication and wear of arm frame hinge shaft and bearings;
B. Fill these components with lubricating oil. Extend the bearing service life.
C. Check the hydraulic oil quality and oil level.The hydraulic oil surface shall be 40-50 mm above the tank bottom.Hydraulic oil shall be dark or gravel and other foreign bodies in the oil, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced in time.The hydraulic system of the lifting platform shall be applied to 32 # hydraulic oil.
2. Yearly maintenance
A. Check the hydraulic and pipe connections.The pipes shall be replaced immediately if damaged; the joints shall be tightened when the connection parts is loose.
B. Remove and open the drop valve and blow the core clean with compressed air from the new fit.
C. Put all the hydraulic oil in the fuel tank, open the fuel tank, remove the oil absorption filter, wash it, and put it back to the fuel tank, and install it in place.Fill the tank with new oil.
The lift is unable to up or the lifting power is weak
⒈ overflow valve pressure adjustment does not meet the required adjustment pressure to the required value
⒉ cylinder drain check or replace the cylinder assembly
⒊ reversing valve card tightening or drain check or replace valve assembly
⒋ oil surface is too low, oil inlet oil filter blockage, add enough oil, clean the oil filter
⒌ oil supply pump fault check or replace the pump
Pine soil device can not lift or rise force is weak
1. overflow valve pressure adjustment does not meet the required adjustment pressure to the required value
2. Oil tank leakage See the solved method in Item 2.3.4.5 above
3. reversing valve is tight or drain
4. oil surface is too low, and the oil inlet oil filter is blocked
5. oil supply pump is faulty

The operation rod is heavy
1. Check the elevator, adjust and replace the unqualified parts; clean the valve parts; check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil
2. Control valve core tightness (manufacturing, installation problems, Contamination problem)
There are problems with the hydraulic torque converter and the compensation system, such as the hydraulic torque converter weakness, the power shift failure, and the oil temperature is too high

⑵ pressure regulation is improper
⑶ Back pressure is insufficient to check the torque converter oil quality (for misuse of hydraulic transmission oil), dosage, check the torque pressure regulating valve, back pressure valve and its adjusted pressure value
3.The power shift has failed
⑴.Fast return valve, pressure reduction valve, power variable speed valve and reversing valve appear stuck and internal leakage
⑵.Check the cause of oil pollution and eliminate accordingly, filter or replace the hydraulic oil
