Common problems of aluminum alloy
Lift cleanup
Clean the body of the elevator after use aluminum alloy lift. Some material residues left during the lifting process may corrode the elevator. It is best to lubricate the shaft and other parts with engine oil every month
The lift cannot be lifted or the lift is weak
1. The pressure adjustment of the overflow valve does not meet the requirements. Adjust the pressure to the required value.
2. Leakage in the cylinder Check or replace the cylinder assembly
3. The reversing valve is clamped or internally leaked. Check or replace the valve assembly
4. The oil level is too low and the oil inlet filter is blocked. Add enough oil and clean the oil filter
5. The oil supply pump is faulty. Check or replace the pump
The ripper cannot be raised or lowered or the lifting force is weak
1. The pressure adjustment of the overflow valve does not meet the requirements. Adjust the pressure to the required value.
2. Leakage in the cylinder, see the elimination method in the previous item 2.3.4.5
3. The reversing valve is clamped or internally leaked
4. The oil level is too low and the oil inlet filter is blocked
5. The fuel supply pump is faulty
6. Check valve leakage Check whether the check valve core and valve seat are worn and damaged, whether the check valve spring is fatigued, deformed, etc.
Heavy operating lever
1. The operating lever mechanism is defective. Check, adjust, and replace unqualified parts; clean the valves; check the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil
2. The control valve spool is clamped (manufacturing, installation problems, dirt problems)
The torque converter and compensation system are faulty
Such as the torque converter is weak, the power shift fails, the oil temperature is too high, etc.
1. The torque converter is weak
(1) Insufficient hydraulic oil
(2) Improper pressure regulation
(3) Insufficient back pressure Check the quality of the torque converter oil (whether the hydraulic transmission oil is misused), the amount, and check the torque converter pressure regulating valve, back pressure valve and their set pressure value
2. Power shift failure
(1) Fast return valve, pressure reducing valve, power transmission valve, reversing valve are stuck and internal leakage
(2). The oil pollution is serious. Check the cause of the valve jam and remove it accordingly, filter or replace the hydraulic oil
(3). The oil temperature rises too much. Check whether the cooler is faulty, and check the hydraulic oil quality brand
